RLSB Blindfold Run and Taster session

The Royal London Society for Blind People (RLSB) are now planning further Blindfold and Guide Running Taster Sessions sessions in September and October, this time at the Lee Valley VeloPark in The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. On the 8th September and the 6th October 2016 

These sessions are aimed at all abilities and are designed for anyone who is taking part in the RLSB Blindfold Run, thinking about taking part, or simply wants to know more about guide running and activities.

  • Get expert advice from our Sports Team on how to get your blindfold & guide running training underway
  • Take part in our blindfolded activities to build confidence & trust
  • Have a go at guide and blindfold walking, jogging or running for yourself!
  • Hear from one of our inspirational beneficiaries
     

Venue: Lee Valley VeloPark, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Abercrombie Rd, London E20 3AB 

What to wear: We recommend you come in running attire. You will be able to use the VeloPark's changing rooms, showers and lockers.

Who to bring: Bring your running partner or come on your own and we will pair you up with someone from the group.

Time: 6.30pm to 8pm
